  • Payment/Deposit Policy: 
     By BOOKING 1 night Deposit-Downpayment is required. (Booking up to 3 nights)
    By long term BOOKING the Deposit-Payment is 30%.     (up to 7 nights and 50% over 1 week)
    By PACKAGE-BOOKING the Deposit-Payment is minimum 30%.
    This downpayment/deposit fee is non returnable     in case of cancellation. Booking fees may be paid via Bali Payment or PayPal or CreditCard (only VISA and MasterCard +4% surcharge) over our Reservation-Webpage. The full amount of your reservation should be in our bank account at least 4 weeks in advance of your arrival (by stay longer then 1 week).

  • Booking made during or shortly before High Season have to be payed fully in advance.

  • Cancellation Policy: 1 night penalty (for short time stay) if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival.
    Any cancellation received within 14 days (for low season) and 10 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% charge or as advised for promotional & group rates.
    No Show and Early Check out are subject to 100% of total room/night reserved.

  • Check-in time is 14.00 hrs. and Check-out time is 12.00 hrs.

    • Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.

    • Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability

    • Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be 
      charged at full nightly rate.
